This week, multiple production lines at Shenyang Sanland Mining Engineering Co., Ltd. advanced in parallel. A large vibrating feeder and a number of components and parts completed machining, assembly and painting, including the vibrating feeder itself, a feed drum shell for grinding mills, crusher pulleys and a batch of wear-resistant parts, covering products from feeding to crushing and grinding stages.

Feeding equipment is the first step of a crushing and screening plant. The vibrating feeder completed this week features a riveted trough driven by vibration motors or an exciter and supported by spring damping units. It delivers material continuously and evenly to the crusher and performs pre-screening through the bar grizzly in the trough body. The trough is stress-relieved by annealing after welding to prevent deformation and cracking under long-term vibration; the springs and damping system are selected according to the machine weight, and amplitude and running condition are checked before delivery.

Also completed was a key component for mill feeding — the drum shell. Mounted at the feed end of ball mills and rod mills, the feed drum consists of a rolled and welded shell with machined flanges and internal guiding structures: material is guided into the mill as the drum rotates, while the feed trunnion liner is protected from direct impact. The accuracy of the flange spigots and mounting faces directly affects alignment and sealing of the feeding section, so these surfaces are machined and inspected item by item against the drawing.

Also completed were various equipment parts and wear parts. Large V-belt pulleys were finish machined and balance checked for smooth operation with the belt drive, and liners, bushings and steel parts were machined to drawing with mounting holes and seating faces verified piece by piece, meeting the replacement needs of different machine types.
